Erin Ernest - Holistic Health and Wellness Coach

Hi everyone! My name is Erin Ernest, and I'm a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach based out of South Florida. I help clients become their best selves through helping them discover the areas in their lives where they need more balance. While eating healthy is integral to overall health, people often fall short in recognizing the other areas in their lives that need attention. This can create dis-ease in the body and make it difficult for people to reach their full potential. I take the approach of assisting each client in discovering changes that they can make to optimize their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health so they can be all that they were meant to be. I'm extremely intuitive and passionate about each client I work with, and look forward to supporting you on your journey!
